Who we are

Established in 1982, Fresh Water Filter Company ensures its customers a pure, clean, healthy and tasty source of water in an economical, ecological and time-saving manner, through its wide range of products. One of our goals has been to inform people about the dangers of contaminants in tap water. Many of us are unaware of the possible risks that we could be exposing ourselves to simply by drinking what we have always thought to be a safe, life-giving liquid.

What we do

The Company manufactures and distributes water filters, water coolers, water softeners, and water purifiers, as well as whole-house and shower filters. There is also an efficient and well organised service team to install products and give first class back up support. Recently we have expanded our range to include filters dealing with specific pollutants, so that we can cater more readily to the specialised individual needs of our customers. We have also relocated our main site to a bigger, purpose-built location, and are now better able to attend to our clients requirements. This streamlining further improved communication and enabled faster response time.

Another fresh development is the growth of our export department, necessary to keep up with the demands of our increasing overseas customers. We already have distributors developing networks in Europe, Africa, Middle and Far East.

Where we're heading

Our strengths will differ according to who you are and the matters that you hold in highest esteem. Our relatively small size means that we all care about the company and its customers, giving you the personal touch. Currently the company employs ten hard-working staff who have enabled an increase in turnover of twenty five percent per annum. This growth has been the case for the last number of years, stable expansion is set to continue. However we must also always remember that "It is health that is real wealth and not pieces of gold and silver" (Mahatma Ghandi); a message that we hope to promote with our products and philosophy.
